Meal Plans & Subscriptions
We offer three monthly meal plans: Basic (1 meal/day – ₹2,999/month), Standard (2 meals/day – ₹4,999/month), and Premium (3 meals/day – ₹6,999/month). We also offer corporate and event catering packages.
Our Standard and Premium plan subscribers can customize their weekly menu. Basic plan subscribers get our weekly rotating menu which changes every Monday. We accommodate most dietary preferences — just let us know when you sign up.
We specialize in South Indian cuisine with options for North Indian, Continental, and healthy/diet meals. Our menu rotates weekly so you always have variety. Special festival menus are available too!
Our plans are monthly. There is no long-term lock-in — you can subscribe month-to-month. However, paying for 3+ months upfront gives you a 10% discount.
Yes! You can pause your subscription for up to 7 days per month (useful for travel, etc.) or cancel before your next billing cycle. Just WhatsApp us at least 3 days before your renewal date.
Yes! We offer a 3-day trial pack for ₹499 so you can taste our food before committing to a monthly plan. Contact us to book your trial.

Delivery & Timing
We currently deliver across Saravanampatti and surrounding areas in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. We are expanding our delivery zones regularly — contact us to check if your area is covered.
Breakfast: 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM | Lunch: 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM | Dinner: 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM. You can specify your preferred delivery window during sign-up.
Delivery is completely FREE for all our meal plan subscribers within our service area. For event catering and bulk orders, delivery charges may apply based on distance.
If you are not available during delivery, our delivery partner will call you. You can also update your availability preferences in advance via WhatsApp. Missed meals are non-refundable but can be credited to your next cycle.

Catering & Events
For small events (up to 50 guests), we need at least 48 hours notice. For large events (50–500 guests), please book 5–7 days in advance. For weddings and very large events (500+ guests), 2–3 weeks advance booking is recommended.
Our minimum event catering order is for 25 persons. For corporate office lunch programs, the minimum is 10 employees per day.
Yes! Our event catering packages include trained serving staff, chafing dishes, serving spoons, and all necessary equipment. We also handle complete setup and cleanup.
Absolutely! We cater to vegetarian, vegan, Jain, diabetic-friendly, gluten-free, and nut-free requirements. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can plan accordingly.
For events above 100 persons, we arrange a complimentary tasting session upon request. Please contact us to schedule one.

Payment & Billing
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfers, cash, and online payments. For corporate clients, we also provide monthly invoice-based billing with GST receipts.
Payment is due at the beginning of each monthly cycle. For new subscribers, payment is collected before the first delivery. We send WhatsApp reminders 3 days before your renewal date.
Absolutely not! The price you see is the price you pay — GST included, delivery included. No hidden fees, ever.
We do not offer refunds for consumed meals. However, if there is a quality issue or a missed delivery due to our error, we will credit those meals to your account or arrange a replacement.
